I use mostly Tui Na techniques, but do incorporate some Shiatsu and or Sotai as needed. This is a full body massage, with clothes on, which focuses on reducing stress and boosting energy. Specific injuries may be addressed as needed.

Reflexology
Oriental Therapeutic foot massage. Pressure points on the foot are stimulated to promote blood flow and therefore improve health of any organ system or part of the body. Though some points may feel intense the overall effect is very relaxing.
